January 2026 Happy New Year!!!!

Welcome everybody to a great 2026.  I sure hope this is going to be a great year for you!!!! I am looking forward to many new adventures this year.

 This is my first blog of the year.  I'm very excited to start doing this every month!!!!!!!

 Each month I am going to share some stories about my painting, art shows I'm in, and what is happening in my personal life.

 Whoopee!!!!!!! I'm excited, this week I'm going to be delivering some paintings to four different venues. I'm going to be delivering one painting to The Found:RE in Phoenix,  two paintings to the Cactus Cloud Cafe, and a painting to the Desert Hills Gallery.

Next week I will be dropping off one painting at the Hackett House in Tempe. The Hackett House art exhibition will have hundred paintings on display. My painting is one of four that have been selected to be highlighted in a special event. What they're going to do is  match the painting with a piece of music. A quartet will play the music, while Dr. Julie Codell, an art historian from Arizona State University, will lead a discussion examining the connections between visual and musical storytelling, encouraging audience engagement and reflection. I feel this is going to be fun.
